Better Rp?

Ok so I'm answering to my own suggestion example xD but Zyll and I already were trying to think of an plot, so I'm just gonna post this Poll without her consent xD  

So what kind of plot idea do you like best?

(1) A natural disaster occurs and all the shops have to close down and we are stuck doing something with a group of people?

(2) The Kingdom goes into War with another Kingdom and everyone needs to participate in some way?

(3) Some undercover travelers(NPC's) come into town to stay for a bit but they turn out to be thieves and people everywhere are getting robbed and the High ranks to get together to form a plan on how to stop the thieves so that no more shops have to be closed?
